let's get this party started guys. so far we've decided that each member can have 3 canon characters and 3 OCs that they play. i don't think these should necessarily be REQUIREMENTS. just limits. thoughts?

.. only 3 OCs? Personally, I know I like to RP a TON of OCs. I've never had only 3 OCs for a certain topic in my life. Jus' sayin'. I think more OCs should be allowed.
Also, one account per member, not per character.
I can start making boards tomorrow, er, later today. After sleep. I figure we'll need a few mods too. One per timezone perhaps? I dunno. You guys can decide that.
What boards should I make?
We shouldn't need a buttload of rules. We've got common sense.

I feel like there should be a kind of unspoken rule that there's to be no excessive lewd language

We could do a section per genre [Sad, grimdark etc]
I think rules should be basicly what the Caval's are minus the no canon characters.
[And quickly before I sleep. I'm guessing Becile's bots are allowed too?]

ok hmm. how about unlimited OCs, but like. out of common sense, you shouldn't have like 12 OCs.
and before we mentioned a board for each genre. things like "fluff", "angst", and "grimdark".

Since this is as unofficial as it gets, we can have canon-OC interactions, I assume? Still anti-Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu's? I'm gonna sleep soon so I'd like to know what to do when I get on tomorrow. PM me a lsit or something before the last of you go to sleep. c:

This thread doesn't have to just be for rules either. It can be whole-site stuff.

My last post of the night: I'm gonna sleep now. Someone please send me a list of the genres you want included in the boards. Thanks. I can also throw in optional bios for OCs and stuff. Okay. I'm out for the night. Toodles.

Um I think there could be like, a place where people could do like independent AU's and/or crossovers like people who want to rp an actual storyline or whatever, and not just little stuff I mean it's an idea haha
What, exactly, is 'grimdark'? Is that like, that 404 protocol kind of thing...?

What about a General Adventure genre? Like, one that can cover every genre, but doesn't necessarily include them all?

YES RIGHT. ok so an AU/Crossover board, too. good!
and yeah, i think 404 Protocol might qualify as grimdark. it's just really dark/morbid stuff.

Grimdark is basicly, darker themes such as death and horror and the like. Its more of an umbrella term. 404 fits in that category.
