wow. um. i've never written a character that had any relations with canon characters, so i feel like he's kind of sue-ish. BUT I LIKED THE IDEA SO MUCH. ;n;
GENERAL:
NAME Cash
AGE 20
GENDER Male
RACE Robot
PHYSIQUE
HAIR Medium Brown
EYES Green
BODY Very small and compact. Probably about 5' 4" hieght-wise.
EXTRAS Has a coin slot on the back of his neck.
SUMMARY Small, but not child-small (built this way so he would not intimidate children). He is ball-jointed (or at least he looks that way. I imagine it would be a lot more complex than that.)
PERSONA
LIKES Coins (especially quarters!), maths, helping with small jobs like making beds and washing dishes, playing silly kid's games like Hide and Seek.
DISLIKES Paper money (he finds it to be quite pointless), larger jobs like building things or running errands, coins being left between couch cushions, people telling him they're busy when he wants to spend time with them.
STRENGTHS Hard-working, obedient, tries his best at pleasing people.
WEAKNESSES Doesn't have the best coordination (as he was not originally built to be physically active), can be a bit clingy/overly friendly.
FEARS Being unwanted, being thrown out again.
FLAWS Unless you reuse his coins, it's rather expensive to keep him up and going. And reusing those is hard, as he tends to chew them without realising it, and the coins end up all crushed.
SUMMARY A bit childish, but he can do things for himself. Pretty much lives to help people and make them happy, as it makes him feel wanted/needed. Generally a pretty happy little bot, but he has his bad days.
REFLECTION
FAMILY Technically speaking, none. But he believes all of his housemates to be family.
FRIENDS/MATE Doesn't tend to have a lot of free time to spend with other people/robots but he is, for some reason or another, quite fond of The Spine. However, the friendship is pretty unrequited.
HISTORY Cash was originally built to be an educational toy for the daughter of the wealthy owner of a chain of hotels. He was meant to teach the child how to save money- she would insert any coins she received into a slot on the back of his neck, and would not be able to get them back without the help of any tools (alternatively, Cash could "ingest" the coins through his mouth). The little girl would be compelled to give him coins, as the robot was powered by them.
Eventually, the hotel-owner’s daughter grew up, and Cash was no longer needed. So, he was thrown out.
Cash spent years on the street, living off of any spare change he could find.
After a while, he is taken in by a young inventor (Peter Walter, in these RPs), and is able to find a home and purpose doing odd-jobs around their manor.
